General Refund Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Atlanta Gospel Productions
within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their
original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return
is a result of our error. Just call our office directly and we will guide you through
the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package
to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the
shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once
we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process
our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your
refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items That Are Not Refundable
Atlanta Gospel Productions does not accept returns of the following items:
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Downloadable music products
- Downloadable software products
- Gift certificates
- Items purchased from sellers other than Atlanta Gospel Productions
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that
has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is
defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be
granted.)
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
